Club member, Langley Gace, has been working in open ocean aquaculture for the past 23 years. For this year’s Salty Speaker, he will share his experiences and reasons for pursuing this viable source of protein for the planet’s rapidly growing population. Also discussed will be the latest technology used to measure environmental impacts and ensure food safety. Langley will also share some of the funnier and not so funny moments he and his team have experienced while introducing this technology to the four corners the earth.
